Mid term mark

I think i have been doing better in pe. Such as getting higher on testing every time. And helping out. Pe inside the school isnt just the only thing i do. I play ball hockey for surrey and summer soccer is starting for me. These activities keep me in shape and healthy. My diet has been the same as before. Protein Breakfast every morning lunch snacks and a good dinner. My sleep schedule affects my attendance at pe. I have a busy semester and i sleep around 1 or 2 am every night. This is why my attendance is bad. Hopefully i can sleep early so i make it to class. To be honest, we dont do very much in PE i wish we did more outside running activities and small games. Overall i think i deserve a B in the class so far. I know i can do better.

Letter grade

I think i deserve an S because i have been out of pe for a while. I hope to get a G next report card. 

Gym

I did not do pe for the last week because my ankle had been twisted. But that doesnt mean i didnnt do pushups and sit ups at home ;)

Missed pe

I missed fitness day on Feb 17th, i had an ankle injury from the night before at soccer practice. hopefully i can participate for Fridays fitness day.

Last post on first fitness test

February 4th. Fitness testing in pe. Went for a goal on the beep test, 12.0. I did the run and went to 14! New personal best for me. I did 25 pushups at a great pace. I was disappointed in my time for the plank. I got 1min and 30 sec. I got 2 on the sit and reach. I didnt get to do the t-test, balancing board, and vertical. Im confident i can get better results next fitness testing

Pe 10

For the past 2 year in pe. I have learned that leadership is a big part of the course. Not just, how high you get on the beep test or how many laps you can run. Although, progress in you're fitness would be an achievement. This year, I would like to teach my class new games and try different things. I want to do more competitive types of games like basketball, soccer, or kickball. Less of small games where you dont get as much running in. This year. I want to set an example as well as be a leader.
